11. Governing Law and Venue

These Terms and any dispute arising out of or relating to them or to the Website are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, without regard to its conflict of law principles. You agree that any such dispute will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Albuquerque, New Mexico, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue of those courts.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect. Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of our right to do so later. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between you and J Buggie LLC regarding your use of the Website, and supersede any prior understandings on that subject. We may assign these Terms; you may not assign them without our written consent.
